An attractive, stone built farmhouse dating from the 18th Century, this well maintained dwelling is on a private farm road and overlooks open countryside. 
It faces south with a sunny terrace and lawn in front. Recently renovated and sympathetically decorated throughout, The Old Farmhouse makes a spacious and very comfortable holiday home.

The busy market town of Elgin is four miles away, with its Cathedral and nearby Spynie Palace. Within a radius of twenty miles are Cawdor, Brodie and Duffus Castles. 

There are miles of sandy beaches and attractive fishing villages on the Moray coast, the rivers Findhorn, Lossie and Spey are close at hand. 

Whisky distilleries abound and the visitor can follow the famous Whisky Trail. 

For the more active holidaymaker there are numerous golf courses, skiing on the Lecht or at Aviemore, horse riding, tennis and swimming to name a few of them. 

The house is well situated for the all year round visitor.

The Sitting Room is comfortably furnished and has an open fire for which some fuel is provided. For entertainment there is a music centre and a colour TV with Video recorder/player. A telephone, with honesty box, is also provided.  The Sitting Room
The Kitchen and Dining area at the Old Farmhouse The Kitchen is equipped with oil fired Rayburn cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, deep freeze,washing machine, and tumble drier. There are ample work tops and cupboard space including an airing cupboard. 

The Dining Area has a table, situated beneath the window looking onto the garden, with seating for five or six people. 

The Bathroom has bath, toilet and wash basin. 

Heating is by electric night store heaters and the water is heated by the Rayburn stove.

-Tariff-

The tariff varies with the season and is shown below for the year 2004. A booking can only be accepted for a minimum of one week.
The prices are inclusive of VAT and the services outlined above.
